MGR Meccanica guarantees a safe and confidential channel for reporting unlawful behaviour or conduct not compliant with the Company Code of Ethics, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023.
What is Whistleblowing
Whistleblowing is the tool through which employees, collaborators or external parties can anonymously and securely report regulatory violations or breaches of the Company Code of Ethics.

- • Protection from retaliation (Legislative Decree 24/2023)
- • Report handled by the Supervisory Body (OdV)
- • No consequences for good-faith reports
- • Confidentiality of the reporter’s identity
⚠️ Notice: The whistleblowing channel is reserved for serious and substantiated reports. Bad-faith or unfounded reports are not protected by the legislation and may result in liability for the reporter. MGR Meccanica handles every report with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023.

You can submit the report anonymously. If you wish to be contacted, leave your contact details — they will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and accessible only to the Supervisory Body.
